Lost Marbles, where is your website?!

August 22, 2011

Our website is temporarily down, while we switch hosts. But it will be back soon, and better than ever!

Yet another reminder: our Byward Market location will be closing for good next week, on August 29th. But fear not! You can still get your fix of Lost Marbles awesomness at our other locations, 809 Bank St(2nd floor) and 315 Richmond Rd. Also, you will find a selection of the same products in the Lost Marbles section of all Mrs. Tiggy Winkle’s stores.

And someday, in the not-so-distant future, the Lost Marbles stand-alone location will rise again!

Robots in my kitchen!

August 19, 2011

I like themes. So it’s always exciting when we get so many products that share a theme, that we can put them together and say “woah, look at all this —- stuff we have”. Today, it’s robots. Specifically, kitchen robots.

Reusable cupcake moulds, timers, ice-cube trays, utensils, wind up salt and pepper shakers…we definitely have a theme here.

Just a reminder, our Market location’s last day open is August 29th.

Lotsa Labbits

August 10, 2011

I have always liked Labbits. The mustache Labbits in particular won my heart early on. Until recently, I might have said that a Labbit couldn’t get cuter. But then came…zebra and leopard print mustache Labbits. Just like the original white Labbit, there is a large size and a smaller size(how much Labbit do YOU need?).

In other Labbit news, we also have the new mini plush blind box series, DIY vinyl Labbits, Smorking Labbits Series 4, and plain old white plush Smorking Labbits. Looking for Labbits? We got you covered.

Show Us Your Munny…

As many of you already know, we’re moving out of the Byward Market. The last business day for our location at 55 1/2 William St is August 29th. Stay tuned for news about our future stand-alone location!

In the meantime, visit us at 809 Bank St in the Glebe, and 315 Richmond Rd Westboro. In early September make sure to stop by our Glebe store to see our updated decor.

A Ghostly New DIY Vinyl

July 2, 2011

We are very excited to have a new Do It Yourslf vinyl platform on our shelves. Of course, we will always be partial to our best friend, Munny. But variety is the spice of life, yes?

Happy Canda Day!

June 30, 2011

Happy Canada Day everyone! The celebrations downtown should be extra crazy this year with their Royal Highnesses, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in attendance. We hope that they will drop by to pick up some William and Kate tea bags, or perhaps one of our solar powered, waving Queen figures. We’ll be there waiting, 10-5.

Have you seen this Unicorno?

June 15, 2011

This is Fumo. At our Glebe store, we are enthusiastic collectors of the Tokidoki Unicornos. So far, Fumo elludes us. Pictured bellow is Em’s collection. Fumo’s friends are waiting for him!

We would like to meet Fumo, even if we can’t keep him forever. If you have a Fumo of your very own, bring him by our Glebe store! The first person who does will get a cool Tokidoki prize!

Dunny 2011!

June 15, 2011

Thursday June 23 from 6-8pm come on down to Lost Marbles in the Market to celebrate the release of Dunny 2011! With the purchase of a case, you will receive an alternate colourway of the zombie Dunny by our hero Huck Gee! While quantities last, of course.

Feel free to bring along your doubles from another series…maybe you can make a great trade!
